HDD not working on three other SCSI/RAID controllers... (CPN: 422761-001 A)

PART NUMBER: 422761-001 A
"Compaq, 17.9 GB, 10000 RPM, Wide Ultra SCSI, 80-Pin, Hot-Swappable"

PROBLEM: These drives do not work correctly and other drives work perfectly. We believe that the HDD needs firmware update... where do we otain these updates?

Hi,

You don't specify the model of the HDD, (you can see it by running the Compaq Survey Utility on the Compaq Management CD), but anyhow, here's a link to the Compaq's disk firmware upgrades.
