HP Error: 1720-S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive Detects imminent failure

Dear how to solve this problem I have HP Server so kindly give me the guidence that i can solve the problem

Hi, that's a warning about a hard disk that's about to fail.
S.M.A.R.T. is a technology to monitor the disk and detect when it's having too many errors.

That disk needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
