HP04 firmware and firmware listings ..

I need to update my internal disk firmware to HP04 on my n4000 server. I found the procedure on the HP site but each time I click on the firmware link to download it, the site returns a "Failed to locate the item specified." error.

Does anyone know where else I can download the firmware?

Also, is there a way to print out all of the current firmware on the n4000 so I can make sure we're up to date on everything?

Hi Eric:

Try a "disk" + "browse patch list" search via 'firmware' via the Patch Database:

http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do

I get a handful of hits, including one for "Seagate Cheetah third generation drive HP04 firmware".

this link shows patch details. To dowload patch you need to go to individual disk firmware patches, search for 'HP04' (you've already done it) and then check box (mark needed entries) and click 'add to cart'. On the next screen click 'download selected', and next screen 'download via http' or 'download via ftp'
