Meaning of the SCSI disk label data

I have to replace an old SCSI disk HP C2490. The exact model is C2490A 001 532 109. In a store I found a disk model C2490A 001 405 109.
The difference is a "405" instead of "532, will it work? What do such numbers mean ?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know from where you took these numbers.

The C2490A is a very old 2.1GB drive, so any drive with the same product number is equivalent.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
