Moveing set of disks to another server

How can I move a set of 5 X 16GB (RAID 5, 1 logical disk) DISKS FROM ONE SERVER TO ANOTHER server, and see the same data ?
SMART-2DH array Controller is in both servers.

Well - backup first, but just keep them in exact order when you move them. Then when you run the Array Configuration Utility, the controller should just ask if you want to keep the configuration you already have... No data lost.
