Is the solution attached ok ?
Would buy it as a customer without budget enough or would you consider an alternative to clustering (always considering no much money ) ?

This is a good solution.

Don't forget to change SCSI id of the cards in one server. Otherwise you have twice 7 and a duplicate ID in your chain.
