Physical drive check conditions

Hi,
anyone knows where I can find something about these (see subject) events ?
They come with "sense key", "ASC" and "ASCQ". I have several different codes occurring and could identify a few of them but still need to know more!

Make sure everything is up to date on the system (i.e. BIOS, NetRAID Firmware, HDD Firmware.... etc.). Are there are top tool agents on the system, you can find these in the start menu. If so, remove them if you don't use them. If you do use them, upgrade to the newest version. Last ditch effort would be to clear the config off the controller, with HDD disconnected, and then grab the config from the HDD. just to "refresh" the config on the controller.
