1. Is it ok to build a RAID configuration with mixed HDD speed, 10k & 15k?

2. Is it ok to build a RAID configuration with mixed HDD capacity?

1. Yes, but the entire RAID set will run at the lower speed

2. Yes, but all of the larger disks in the RAID set will have their capacity reduced to the size of the smallest disk
