HI,
Can anyone teach me how to configure a DS2300 connected to HP 4Si Raid card as split bus. I only have four harddisk and currently I have configure it to two raid one array. How can I further configure it to 1+0 . Can someone guide me the steps?? Also, after configuring can irdiag -v show the 1+0 configuration. Please advice???

This is called "spanning" in RAID 4Si terms. Pages 82-91 of http://docs.hp.com/hpux/pdf/J6173-90007.pdf describe how to create a New configuration, including the use of spanning.

If you have any data in your RAID 1 arrays, it will be lost. Be sure to backup first!
