I have a bunch of these old drives but no manual either. Here is what I do know though... These may have either six sets of pins or 10 sets with a plastic header covering the leftmost 4 sets. The left three sets are for the scsi id (don't count the pins under the header if you have the 10 pin set model). The 4th pin from the left is connected on all of the drives that I have and the 5th and 6th pin sets are not connected. I have no specifics on what 4 thru 6 are for but I suspect it may have to do with termination.

J2, pins 1, Not used. leave OPEN
pins 2, Delay Spin up.
Open = No Delay
normally CLOSED = 8 to 64 sec. delay
pins 3, Motor Start.
Normally OPEN = start based on pins 2
Closed = Wait for host signal to start.
Pins 4, Write Protect;
Normally OPEN = Write enabled
Closed = Write Protected
Pins 5, Parity
Normally OPEN = parity Checking Disabled
Closed = parity checking enabled
Pin 6, Not used, leave OPEN
Pins 7 & 8, Terminator Power
A jumper installed horizontally on the
lower pins of pinsets 7 & 8 (default),
allows the drive to take power from the
SCSI bus pin 26.
J5, Not Used, leave OPEN
J6, Pins 4, 5 & 6: SCSI Address
SCSI ID 0, all three open
SCSI ID 1, 4 closed, 5 & 6 open
SCSI ID 2, 5 closed, 4 & 6 open
SCSI ID 3, 4 & 5 closed, 6 open
SCSI ID 4, 6 closed, 4 & 5 open
SCSI ID 5, 4 & 6 closed, 5 open
SCSI ID 6, 5 & 6 closed, 4 open
SCSI ID 7, Not allowed
Pins 2, Drive Activity Light
Pins 1 & 3 Not Used leave OPEN
