Tech Question HP 2 Bay Hotswap Backplane
I have a question regarding the backplane of the "Two Bay Internal Hot-Swap Cage" which goes by part numbers 253761-001 or 244059-B21.
On the backplane which has part number 258051-001 there are a number of jumpers and plugs. in the bottom left hand corner. The jumpers are labeled J2, J9, J20 and the plug are J6, J7 and J13. J9 is labelled "backup rom" but the function of the other plugs and jumpers are unclear. I am unable to find any technical information on what they are used for. I am assuming that J6 and J7 are probably some sort of monitored fan plugs (but I am only guessing) and these are the ones I am most interested in. Can someone please clarify the functions for me....
