Urgent - Ghost

I've got a problem on my hands. One of my engineers went to a customer & the following happend:

He had to make a copy of the customer's hard drive by ghosting a copy to a blank disk. He ended up ghosting the blank drive to the customer drive.

Is there anyway to recover the customer's data?

Did you install again in the disk?
If no action I can help you.
