VA 7400 w/2x512MB Cache
Can someone answer:
1) Is this Array supported on Solaris 9
2) Do I need an HP (hpux) box to manage it with "Secure LUN Manager" (CommandView??)

1) It's not explicitly listed, but I don't see why Solaris 9 would not be supported.
2) CommandView will run on HP-UX 11.x, WinNT/2000 or Red Hat Linux only.

Re: VA 7400 w/2x512MB Cache
Solaris OS is supported (you can use VA LUNs within Solaris OS), but it can not run CV

Re: VA 7400 w/2x512MB Cache
1. There's no document for solaris9
only 7,8 supported...
If possible use EVA series arrays or try to test
2. In case of direct connection w/ only 1 server, you don't need Secure LUN Manager
