VA's HDDs have lots of errors

Hello All,

I have some performance problem with VA 7110. This is a report from the HDDs on that VA. As you will see, load is not distributed on All the HDDS that are included in VA.
Also on M/D7 , M/D10 and M/D12, among of NM_ERR, ECC used and Corrected are very high. Also M/D8 and M/D11 have faulty sectors. Are there any fixes for these errors?
