I was unable to connect to the EBC forum on 07-13 for most of the day.
Does anyone know why? I don't remember any notices. And later I saw closed for maintenance.
But most of the day my browser couldn't find the server.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Re: Forum down on 07-13, why?
We do not yet know what caused the outage, but are investigating.

SolutionWe have received information that an authentication server was having a cache issue, which prevented it from triggering a normal failover. The problem was solved in short order.
I hope this is helpful,
