Rajesh - I have updated your older forums profile to be associated with the HP Passport account you used to post your question here in this thread - so the next time you login, you should then have access to that account.

This occurred because you had two different email addresses associated with your ITRC forums profile and your HP Passport account.

As others have said, there are also migration procedures for HP Support Center, so please take a look at the links provided to see if those are applicable for you as well.

I also had two different e-mail addresses.
I think I was able to link my ITRC account and my hp passport account but I am unable to change the e-mail address for the passport account to the address used in the ITRC account.
I am also unable to verify that the link was actually made

Norm - to change the email address associated with the account you've used to access the community, you can click on the "Profile" link in the top-right portion of the screen, and then click "Contact information" in the "Edit HP Passport" line near the top of your profile page.

If it's not allowing you to change it to a specific email address, there is already an HP Passport account using that address.  To get the user ID and/or password for that account, you can use the following links:

Recover HPP user ID - https://passport2.hp.com/hppcf/forgotuserid.do

Reset HPP password - https://passport2.hp.com/hppcf/forgotpwd.do

Once you can access the account you don't need, change the email address to a "dummy" address - that will free up that address for use with your correct HP Passport account.

And I assume, when you've mentioned the "linking" of your ITRC account with your HP Passport account, that you're talking about the migration wizard for the new HP Support Center?  If you're having any problems with that linking/migration process, please log a ticket @ http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/help/contactHP/questions

I have a question , If I search for one solution in google its giving the itrc form link . But if I click on that it will not open the solution page , instead its openeing itrc redirect announcement link .

Can we fix this issue . can we get a direct link from google to the specific post

It's simply not possible to put 2.5 million unique redirects in place.
