HPE/HP Passport

I guess I will stick this here as I cannot find where to get help for this.

is the HP passort and HPE passort the same account?  The reason why I ask as it seems that every HP sign in that says to use the HP Passport I have to reset the password every time

This is with the support.hpe.com, partners.hp.com, mycrm.support.hp.com, the HP CSN network.

So not sure where to go for support for the hp passport

HP Passport is used by Hewlett Packard Inc (HPI), which HPE Passport is used by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. HPI and Hewlett Packard Enterprise are independent companies.
