Sick and tired of HPE
A couple years ago I acquired a HPE Proliant ML350 Gen 9 server. This was to replace my old offbrand Chinese multimedia server. I am running windows server 2016 on the ML350 and then Plex on that for the multimedia. I have a couple un setup devices in the device manager stating "Base system drivers missing" google searches direct me to HPE website to download this or that. Problem is I don't have a service contract with HPE. And to top this off I tried to sign up for a service contract and as soon as the sales associate found out I was inquiring for a personal server and not a business account, I was brushed soff immediately and thats the last I have heard from HPE. Let's just say when the time come I will be junking this paywalled server.
