Software download page unavailable

I've been trying since Friday to re-download the HP Remote Graphics software from this page:

When I click the button to Download Sender and Receiver for Windows it takes me to the download page, which is unavailable due to maintenance:

When will this be available to download? Beingunavailable for 4 days sounds more like a problem than maintenance.

Is there an alternative download location?

Thanks for getting back to me. HP workstaions may be HPI but the software is shown and download from HPE.  See here for more details:

I've had no luck using the HPE Contacts. I've had a Chat with HPE pre-sales and they couldn't help. I also tried to start a Chat with HPE Chat Support but couldn't get through to an agent after 5 hours of attempting to connect. 

I appreciate HPE is an enormous company and this request is but a teeny-tiny speck on their radar but, as someone who has bought the software, it feels like there's absolutely no support available.

And I'm not sure how long "routine maintenance" should take, but more than 4 days can't be right.

Hi - is there any product number on the workstation or with the graphics card.   

I do see that the .hp.com url is pointing to an HPE bannered page but I'm going to see if I can track down someone in HP Inc that can help us out.   Any referencing product number might help me get to someone who can assist.

It's a software product, so there aren't any hardware IDs associated with it. The licence part number F9L51AAE, but that's already been purchased and the licence delivered. The issue is with downloading the HPE RGSsoftware itself so it can be installed and the licence applied.
