HP Photosmart 5520 zeigt die Fehlermeldung, Cyan-Patrone defekt oder leer
Mein Drucker zeigt nach einem Austausch aller Patronen die Fehlermeldung, dass die cyan-Patrone feht oder defekt ist. Nachdem ich alle Maßnahmen des virtuellen Supportassistenten ausprobiert habe, und die cyan-Patrone nun schon zweimal durch ganz neue Patronen (nicht HP) ausgetausch habe, bin ich keinen Schritt weiter. Auch das Updaten des Druckerprogramms scheiterte, weil der Drucker geradezu vollständig blockert zu sein scheint und absolut keine anderen Befehle annimmt. Nur das Ein- und Ausschalten funktioniert. Gibt es evtl. einen Trick um den Drucker trotz Fehlermeldung zu resetten oder zu nutzen?
