11.31 and Navisphere Agent...

Does 11.31 require the Navisphere agent with the new Mass Storage subsystem? About to connect my new rp7420 to our new Celerra NS-120.

Shalom,

Navisphere is not required.

Without it however you can not use all features of the Celerra.

Thats an RTFM question.

On Linux without Navisphere we could not use the Navisphere multipath, load balancing and celerra data mover failover.

Could be different on HP-UX.

Its worth a call to your Celerra support rep.
