Re: Command View host
Good solution for both:
get the current version
uninstall commandview sdm
install the current version (1.09.02)

Hope this helps!

Re: Command View host
/etc/opt/sanmgr/hostagent/config/commIpAddr.txt
but consider to upgrade to the newer version anyway.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: Command View host
# HA_Dial_Stop
move /var/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/data/DeviceDBFile
to /var/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/data/DeviceDBFile.old
HA_Dial_Start
# armdiscover
the HA commands are located in
/opt/sanmgr/commandview/client/sbin/
in case it is not in the path.

Re: Command View host
but having tried everything you have suggested, including a new install i seem to to think that the problem is with some kind of Windows configuration, not UNIX?
