I have two SMA (Managment) servers, one of them have CV 7.0.1 (Main site), and DR site with CV 7.0.
I am trying to upgrade DR site CV7.0 to CV7.0.1 but when I start CV7.0.1 installation i got message that I should install CV 7.0 first, knowing that CV 7.0 is already installed on the server.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall CV7.0 and do upgrade again. but still have the same result.
Thanks

Re: Command view upgrade 7.0 to 7.0.1
And are you sure it's 7.0 you are trying to re-install?
Do you have a physical media cd? or just files on your server?
If only files, posy the files size for your setup.exe and I will compare with my library and let you know what you may have.

Re: Command view upgrade 7.0 to 7.0.1
I have solved the problem, I did uninstall from Uninstall directory located under HP home, after uninstalling CV 7.0 I install it again, every thing went fine with upgrade to CV 7.0.
Many thanks
