DButil / W2K3 / Business Copy

I'm trying to use the downloadable DButil utility from HP to freeze and thaw a SQL Server database while the BC job creates a snapshot. I had it working just fine on a SQL server running W2K, but can't get it to work for the life of me on a W2K3 box. It fails to log into SQL Server - even when run bare from the DOS command prompt. The download location lists it as working with W2K3. Does anyone have any experience with this combination of S/W?

Same here although I am starting fresh with win2k3. Never used it on win2k. I get a message saying connect failed...Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
