Failed to start GSD on of my local node

Failed to start GSD on of my local node


in one of my node hp_data2 gsdctl is not starting so i can't start the oracle database.
in hp_data1(node1) gsdctl is starting, lsnrctl starting,agentctl starting.

$ gsdctl start
Failed to start GSD on local node
