File Migration Agent 2.5: Problem with Explorer extension and W2K8 R2

Hello,

I'm testing FMA 2.5 with Windows Server 2008 R2. But I'm unable to use the Explorer Extension to archive and recall files. W2K8 R2 is listed as compatible and in the Admin guide is a command line, which should be used in 64 Bit Windows Systems, but it doesn't work.

From the admin guide:

When running HP FMA on a 64-bit Windows Operating System, the Explorer plug-in is only
available for the 32-bit MS Explorer version. In order to use the FMA plug-in on a 64-bit OS, the
following command must be manually run:

%windir%\syswow64\explorer /separate

Can somebody confirm, that the explorer extension doesn't work with W2K8 R2?

I can only confirm your Problem, I got the same issue with W2K8 x64
