hp-ux 9.05 y2k compatibility

I just purchased a 712/60 which has HP-UX 9.05 and I was wondering how I would patch the system to make it y2k compliant. Any thoughts/suggestions are appeciated.

The easiest way to make 9.05 Y2K compliant is to get hp-ux 10.20, 11.0 or 11i and install it.

HP-UX 9.05 was not made Y2K compliant. HP-UX 10.20 was the earliest release made Y2K compliant and all subsequent releases are Y2K compliant.

I am still running 9.07 and have not seen any Y2K problems.

Hello Terry,

there was/is a version of HPUX9.x which was especially
for the Y2K problems: HPUX 9.10
But it was not easy at all to get it :-(
