Is there an HP part number for an Emulex LP10000 / LP10000DC HBA?

Closest I've seen is the FCA2404, but various sources report that as both an LP10000 and an LP9802.

Our shop uses the LP10000's, and it would be nice to order them integrated from HP, so I'm looking for a part number.

Thanks!

Howdy,
Here's a quick look-up chart I cribbed from emulex's website. Remember that HP might well have different firmware versions or revisions to the ones that emulex themselves put on.

Original info is at www.emulex.com look for "Partners" then "O.E.M." and then "Hewlett-Packard"

Hope this helps
Ian

What's the difference between:
AB467A LP1050
A7388A LP1050

Can't see much difference except that if you go to hp.com -> servers -> Storage you won't see AB467 but A7388A.

AB467 is for Integrity servers running Windows 2003.

A7388A is for ProLiant servers running Windows 2000 + 2003.

It could be a different packaging with different documentation, but most likely different firmware and adapter parameters. Sometimes, even the board revisions are different.
