Problem\ ERROR upgrading DCX Director from os 6.4.2a to 7.0.1a

The v701a upgrade fails immediately and states:

Upgrade is not allowed because the threshold configuration changed alarm is set for class env,    area PS onFID 128.

Similar configuration may exist for other classes and areas and on other FIDS. Please use 'fw configure"...to unset the same...

 

Fabric Watch is install but has never really been configured...ie thresholds, triggers emails etc. 

This switch only has 1 x 32 pt blade installed.

No host connected at this time

2 ISLs setup for Fabric connection.

thats about the sum of it.  

Anyone know how to get past this?
