RSm 4.0 Server Loging Error

Can you help me to debug an error login on rsm server.
When i launch the rsm pplication serevr an error message occured :

loging error :
HP CSSI Security Service

the add/remove program for rsm server , java , reboot don't clear this error.

thank for any help
