Which Media Contains GlancePlus Pak

Hi Experts,

Customer has purchased license for HP-UX Enterprise OE. The Enterprise OE is supposed to contain GlancePlus Pak. But I am unable to find it in OE media. Can anyone tell me which media will contain GlancePlus Pak?

You will find this on the application media.

You should find it possibly on the Core OS.

Definitely on the application media.

You must have a software contract to receive the application media.

In application media you can have Glanceplus or you can contact HP support for it.

Application media contains the GlancePlus Pak software but I do not have a codeword to unlock it. I suppose it should be available without a codeword as the GlancePlus Pak LTU is not purchased seperately. Its supposed to be included if you purchase Enterprise OE. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes you are right. Glance is a part of enterprise OE and MCOE.

â HP OnLineJFS 3.3â

â MirrorDisk/UXâ

â Process Resource Manager (PRM)â

You better check with HP support for this query.

For other OE versions we use App DVD for installing.
