3 par disk issue
3par 65 disk falure notice on log. When we check the logs we found 65 and 67 disk are in same position. What can be issue. How to proceed the 65 disk replacement.
Cage 2, magazine 17:
A servicemag resume command failed on this magazine.

From the showpd output, we see that PD 65 is in the failed state.
Please verify the disk is compatible with your 3PAR OS.

failed disk is compatibale one. Disk Model ;HCBF0600S5xeN010
I have a new disk for replacement what is the disk replacement action plan. Because 65 and 67 showing same disk position 2.17.0

Hi Liyanz,
Please replace the failed disk with the new disk, then run the command admitpd.
Then you can run the command showpd.
Check the PD is online, if online then resume the servicemag command.

Hi Liyanz,
The disk is already in the failed state. There is no need to run any command before you manually remove the disk.
Insert the new disk and wait for the disk to come online.
