Hello ,

* Normal procedure for obtaining password is :

1: Create a case with HPE support and Obtain Case Number.

2: Get the serial Number from Products and provide to HPE.

3: HPE support has a tool which will Generate a Temp password Based on Case
Numbar and Serial Number.

4: then They will provide you a Password which is Valid for a short Time.
