3PAR 7440/8440 How you can conected max. 960 SAS HDs instead of max 480 HDs

In a 7440/8440 you have upto 4 Controller with 2 x 2 SAS bus's. One SAS Bus is supporting upto 120 Devices.

How you can connect upto 2 x 480=960 HDs?

Think about the fanout-expander to edge expander topology.
