3par 8440 DIMM issue

Hi everyone

due some problem i need o reboot one node in 3par 8440 , But after reboot i saw an error that say DIMM D.C 1.0 failed after .i replaced that DIMM error code change to :

Fatal Error : code 62 ,sub-code 0x0 (1000f)

could you please sent me youre Idea about that Error Code 2 after replacementfirst error about DIMM failed

Hello @paymanzox,

The error code 62 indicates a failure during Cluster Memory leveling. But I am not very sure about the sub-code 0x0 (1000f), but relates to memory leveling only.

The primary troubleshooting that you can try is, power-cycle the node 2-3 times. If you still see the error, try to reseat the failing DIMM and power-on the node.
