3par fault disk replacement
3par disc replacement
I have a question.
2disk fault at 3par7400.
By the way, how do I check that the spare chunklet has been replaced in storage?
If it goes to spare chunklet, is it possible to replace 2 disks at the same time?

Re: 3par fault disk replacement
Hello @tnvjdbwj,
During the drive failures, failed chunklets will be replaced by spare chunklets instantly. Generally, there will not be any issues. Otherwise, you will see lot of 'degraded' errors.
To confirm that, take a look at 'showld' command output in cli. If the 'detailed state' is showing normal, the spare chunklets have replaced the failed ones and the LDs are fine now.
Please let me know if you need more details/clarifications.
