I used the SAID, but I cannot get the SNMP MIB or HP 3PAR OS CLI and SNMP. Can you please help me with this.

None of these products look like you want.  I see DO, SP, SSMC, HPE 3PAR OS and IMC.

Are there any other choices?

Right.  I just took a look at the TOOLS CD and snmp is at the top of the ISO.
