does anybody know how to do a 3PAR "traceroute" for the Remote Copy Links?
I can log into my 3PAR, but I don't see a "traceroute" command. My network team is asking me to help them with this. Does anybody know how to do this? What would the 3PAR command be?

Login how and to what? You can only login to a CLI shell.

the P10000 V400 has a "management port" and you can log in and execute commands. It runs a Linux-variant.
