Expired Snapshot can't be deleted , also new Snapshots can not be created

Hello

I have an issue regarding one volume in 3par 8200 , The expired snapshot of this volume cant be deleted by the system and cant be deleted manual , also I am not able to create any new snapshot using a policy or manualy once .What is the corrective action to do?
I have the errors shown as follow

Hello @owahid,

Nice to see you back after quite long. Hope you are doing good.

Looks like the expired snapshot deletion failing due to some housekeeping jobs in progress. Can you please wait for some time (A few hours to 2 days max) and check again.

Please post here how it goes after that.
