Host VM's getting disconnected through CSV connected to 3PAR
Hi Team,
We have a 3APR 7200c with 3.2.2 code and we see a lot of below message in the cluster connected to it:
Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume2' ('Cluster Disk 2') has entered a paused state because of 'STATUS_CONNECTION_DISCONNECTED(c000020c)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.
Storage looks fine,SAN is fine. What else could be the issue. We do have all the clusters seeing the message at times with auto restart of VMs and at times ,they are stable too.Sometimes ,its only few volumes in the cluster see this issue.
Any help through the troubleshoot is appreciated

Re: Host VM's getting disconnected through CSV connected to 3PAR
Hi,
even if you say that the SAN is OK, I will check first the error counter on each switch.
If it is a Brocade switch, use the command porterrshow and check whether one port has increased error values.
If the switches are as old as the storage, an SFP+ module is highly likely defective.
