how can created user in Service Process?

I would like to request the creation of a new user account in our Service Processor (SP) for the purpose of managing and monitoring our HPE 3PAR storage system.

is there any way for created the user due to CLI or GUI

There is only one user (admin) in SP 5.x for customer use.
