how can i change the system and target in remote copy

Hello Guys,

I have a critical issue I have 2 3par 8000 and I replicate them from wan remote copy the first one is primary the main site and the second one is secondary the replication is periodic and the connection in RC port the primary replicate with the secondary I need to change the secondary dr will be the primary and the primary will be the secondary without downtime what should I do  because I will Transformation the site dr will be the main and the main will be the DR

Hi Mohamed,

In SSMC, select the rcopy group, and run 'switchover' operation (Main menu >> Remote Copy Groups >> select the group >> Actions >> Switchover) for the group.

Or 

Run this cli command from primary for the remote copy group - setrcopygroup switchover <group_name>

I recommend you to create a test rcopy group and run this operation before doing it on production. Please let me know if you need more details.
