Connect with Serial Cable and capture the Output, while booting.
If available, all other logs can only be read with the root account, and only HPE support has the password.

Solution
The bootlog will be saved in the below path of the master node.
/var/log/tpd/cage<WWN>/var/log/boot.log
You can capture the Insplore log.
Extract the log and get into the respective node folders and check above path.
