Dear Mate,
Recently I have faced a card failure issue in my old 3par box. PFB,
Details of the issue is given below:

Hello @Dsinghp2002,
This is the scenario where possibly the interface card is failed or degraded or lost connection. Volumes will be accessible and host iops will be fine as long as the other interface card on the cage11 is fine.
Let's preempt each possibilities:
Degraded:
run the command 'showversion -a -b'
Check the firmware version of the interface card on cage11, card0
If you find it degraded or on older firmware, run the command 'admithw -checkonly'
That will exactly identify which components require firmware update.
If the interface card requires firmware update, run 'starttask admithw тАУnotune -ni'. That will update the component firmwares to the same level of the installed version of 3PAR OS.
Lost connection:
Try to remove and re-seat the affected interface card.
Failed:
You must replace the affected interface card.
