Good day!

It seems like you're facing issues with rejoining the Active Directory (AD) domain and accessing file shares. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

>> Ensure that there is proper network connectivity between the affected machine and the domain controllers.
* Verify DNS settings on the machine. It should be pointing to the correct DNS server that holds the AD records.

>> Make sure that the time on the machine is synchronized with the domain controllers. Time discrepancies can cause authentication issues.

>> Confirm that the machine can resolve the AD domain controllers' hostnames and IP addresses using nslookup.

>> Examine the Windows Event Logs, especially the System and Security logs, for any error messages related to authentication or domain join issues.

>> In some cases, resetting the computer account in Active Directory and then rejoining the domain might resolve the issue.

>> Temporarily disable any third-party firewalls or security software that may interfere with the domain join process.

>> Confirm that the trust relationship between the client machine and the domain is intact. You might need to reset the trust relationship if it's broken.

>> Ensure that the AD accounts you are using have the necessary permissions to join computers to the domain.

>> Check the permissions on the file shares. Ensure that the user accounts have the required permissions to access the shares.

>> Review Group Policies applied to the machine. There might be policies affecting domain join or network access.

>> Run a thorough antivirus scan to ensure that the system is not compromised.

>> While your support license has expired, ensure that there are no licensing issues affecting domain join or file access.

Additional Notes:

>> If your support license has expired, consider renewing it or reaching out to the vendor for extended support. They may be able to provide assistance even if the license is expired.

>> If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to involve your IT support team or the individuals responsible for managing the Active Directory infrastructure.

Always ensure that you have a backup of critical data before making significant changes to the system. If the issue persists, providing specific error messages from logs or any additional details can help in providing more targeted assistance...
