Query: HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8400 does'n hard drive 14Tb

Hello experts,
I have a customer using 8400 3par node running on version 3.3.1(MU2), attaching a 14Tb hard drive part as attached but the SAN does not recognize it? from Spare part (P21226-00), SKU R3B17A, and model WLEB14T0S5xeN7.2, FW HPE 3PAR are all correct, the company's internal documents also mention that only the current OS version 3.3.1 MU2 is enough to be compatible with this hard drive.
Please guide me on how to solve this:
- Do I need to update to HPE 3PAR OS 3.2.2 MU6?
- How to download the OS link?

Could you share the showpd -s output for these drives?
Also share the upgradepd and admitpd command outputs if available.

I would also want to check whther you have an active support contact with HPE.

Hi veeyarvi , The customer has contacted HPE L2 to fix it, but it still hasn't worked. I think we need to update to the latest OS.
