Below are the methods to delete a snapshot volume.
Using HPE SSMC:
1. Login to the HPE SSMC.
2. Go to the main menu and select "Virtual Volume" under BlockPersona.
3. Apply the filter option as shown in the below image.
4. Select the snapshot that you want to delete.
5. Go to the "Actions" menu and select the delete option in the dropdown.
6. You will get the Delete snapshot window. Click "Delete".
7. Read the warning message and click "Yes, Delete".
8. After a few seconds you will see the snapshot has been deleted.
Using CLI:
1. Login to the HPE 3PAR Array with its management IP using Putty.
2. Enter the login credentials.
3. Run the command "showvv -p -type vcopy", to see the available Snapshot volumes.
4. To delete a snapshot volume, run the command "removevv -snaponly <Name of the snapshot volume>".
5. Type 'Y' to confirm deletion.
Note: You will not be able to delete the snapshot if there is an active 'retention policy' or 'retention period' set for the snapshots.

May be the snapshot that you are trying to delete would have some dependance. So it looks like not letting you to delete.
Detach the snapshot from the main volume and try again.
If you are still facing challenged, please post the error or error screenshot. Let's check it further.
