My keyboard input is not working and I can't work anymore. What should I do? Is it because I'm using a cisco serial cable?

Hi hwan747,

Cisco serial cables may not be compatible with HPE 3PAR pinouts.
It is recommended to use a straight-through serial cable instead of a Cisco cable, and make sure your terminal emulator settings match the HPE 3PAR's requirements.
