Not able to add the Storage array back to SSMC
After logging case with HPE , they had recommended that the duplicate SP ID has taken the place , so we had to delete the VM, rebuild the new VM using OVF files and add the array to the SP (Serviceprocessor ) which is all done
But we are not able to add the array back to the SSMC console
and when we try to access the Putty (It disconnects immediately stating software abort connection )
Customer is able to connect to the system Serially (any steps that can be carried out to fix) would be of Great help as both GUI and putty are not able to accessible and all basic storage operations is hampered.
Thanks and Regards

Re: Not able to add the Storage array back to SSMC
For me, I think that the SSMC is corrupt.
I would Install SSMC new (maybe as a second SSMC) and try here again.

If you cannot ssh to the SSMC-TUI, use the Console window from Vcenter/ESXi GUI.
Then check the network setup. You can find this in the TUI. If you get kicked out when trying to ssh, then you may have an issue with e.g. duplicate IP addresses or routing.
Hope that helps.
