SRA upgade to 6.5.4.9 Error. Exception has occurred: Failed to establish a connection to the device.

Hello,

Need Help our environment is 

2 sites

SRM installed on WIndows 2008 R2 Standard.

vCenter 5.5 Build 41806467

SRM version: 5.8.1.13379 Build 4130000

3par Version: 

Component Name Version
CLI Server 3.3.1 (P45)
CLI Client 3.3.1
System Manager 3.3.1 (P45)
Kernel 3.3.1 (MU2)
TPD Kernel Code 3.3.1 (MU2)
TPD Kernel Patch 3.3.1 (P45)

Installation is successfull - see attached however we are getting issue below.

D:\Program Files\VMware\VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager\storage\sra\3PARInS
erv>TPDSrm.exe validatecert -sys 1X.2XX.X.XX -user XXX -pass XXX
Error. Exception has occurred: Failed to establish a connection to the device.

 

SRM server and 3par is on the same subnet. I can telnet to 3par secure and non-secure port.
